Life is an amazing journey of exploration and creative action. The exploration comes from right questions. The creativity is useful in defining values that would form the basis of my decision making and thus the action taken at the end of the day. Let' explore these dynamics in the article below

The journey of life begins with questions and ends on a question. Let’s ask how? When we are born we begin with the first two questions WHO and WHAT. Who are these people around me? These people slowly than define for me who am I. The next learning comes from WHAT is happening. These events can happen outside me or inside me. We start observing the life around us keenly and start putting our experiences in boxes that we have defined for our life. The boxes may sound like rich/ poor, success/ failure, intelligent/ stupid, good/bad, happy/ sad, fun/ boring, work/ play- the idea is that we live on the two ends of any box. The centre is always missed. A box balanced on its corners is surely tilted and does not give the correct view. Soon the What takes us to WHERE and HOW- which means that the Who and What is now determining where are we headed in life and this guides our destinations. An important aspect of this where is how we choose to reach the destination. We are now on a journey to fulfil our destiny/Destination. Destination that we decide defines our individual destiny. Our universal destiny is the same- the birth and the death. Somehow along the line the destination starts to hide the destiny and we start to identify with the destination to the extent of forgetting the destiny. This now takes us to the question of WHY. This why now plagues us day and night. Somehow when asking the why we selectively look at the loss and not the good. This loss of this core memory brings stress and ego in play. We are now are more bothered about the possessions than the utility of those possessions in our life. The people and things become like objects in our life and we expect them to behave in a particular way. If those ways are not how we expected than these relationships and objects become a source of pain than pleasure. Let me share an example- you bought a new car and it met with an accident. The car was damaged but you are ok. The incident is now making you fret and you are just not able to stop cribbing at the loss of the new car. While the car was damaged you are in one piece and intact. Let’s take another example- your friend who was always by your side in all times, vanished today when you really needed someone. While you already made a choice by severing the relationship you are still holding grudges against the friend. The question I ask here is would life feel different if I define my own who, what, where and Why in a different manner that the normal life and society. I am now going to share with you the secret of a happy joyful life. I call it the “Get Set Go” way. GET- WHO AND WHAT is it that really matters in my life SET- WHERE is it that I want to reach in my destination this comes after WHO and WHAT. GO- Do I have enough internal positive Why to make me look forward Each time when you ask ‘why me’ in a negative situation recall a positive situation ‘why me’ and then see what happens to your negative why me . Soon you shall realise that you have been blessed many times with many things. Each morning wake up feeling like a King ready to go and own up life and each night go to sleep like a pauper as you are effectively experiencing a mini death during sleep. Be very aware in defining the GET SET GO questions. These questions will determine the priorities in your life. The GET and the GO part is the most precious and these define the people and skills I hold dear in my life and the values like humour, creativity, confidence , compassion etc that I would consciously like to practice in my life. There is no way I can leave the sight of these as the loss of the sight of the Who and Why would lead me to be living in non-alignment with my deepest self. Between the Who and Why titles –“ Who am I”-is my identity and “Why is this important to me as it “defines all the other questions. Take a lot of time answering the Who and Why question. There are many ways to handle the How part of the Where. I can consciously develop skills and behaviour to work on the How. The Where still needs to come from Who, Why and What. Ultimately all these questions will lead to Clarity. In spirituality we call these Koshas and in NLP these are called neurological levels. These levels need to be in alignment if I want clarity of my mind and my life. A life is not a profit and loss account to check what I gained and what I lost. The life is a Balance sheet to check if I developed and used my assets for myself as well as others. Did I reduce being a liability for self as well as others. In NLP we work with the 6 Neuro logical levels to bring clarity in the mind of the coachee so that he can form a mission and vision for life and align the other questions with the vision/ mission. The session is very helpful as it helps to resolve a lot of issues inside us and bring a window of clarity from deep within yourself for any issue be it relationship, work or pleasure. It’s a beautiful and very successful technique to bring a resolution from within .
